I highly recommend using Cupcake Home Improvements, especially with Matt Koger. From our 1st meeting, Matt was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was impressed on how much he knew about roof repairs and the how to deal with insurance companies. I felt comfortable with him coming to my house several times whether it was to discuss about roof shingles colors or about financing the project. Never felt pressured or rushed in making my decisions. He would even go out his way to ask his boss about how Cupcake could help out a single newly retired person financially. He went that extra mile to help me out. Very affordable.
The crew was on time, professional, and courteous. They worked all day and into early evening to make sure the project was done. They left my property clean.The next day, someone from the Cupcake team came to review and inspect the roof repairs and to ensure all nails and trash was picked up.
Very impressed with the quality and look of my new roof. I feel secured that the job was done properly. Cupcake Team did an AMAZING job and am VERY happy with Matt Koger's expertise advice and suggestions.

What impressed us most was how thorough and detailed they were throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything in detail — from every step of the production process to scheduling and what to expect during installation. Communication was excellent, and we always felt informed.

The scheduling process was smooth and well organized, and everything happened as promised. The installation team — John, Joey, Noah, and Julian — arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and worked efficiently. They did an excellent job installing the windows and took the time to answer all the questions I had along the way, which I really appreciated.

What stood out even more was how respectful they were of our home. After completing the work, they cleaned up thoroughly and left everything neat and tidy.
